The Clearing Corporation (CCorp) is CCFE's Clearing Service Provider. They provide clearing services and ensure the financial integrity of futures and options contracts traded on CCFE and eliminate counterparty credit risk.
- Regulation
CCFE is a Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Designated Contract Market (DCM). Additionally, market surveillance is provided by the National Futures Association (NFA).
